In early 2001 CTS teamed up with Strudwick of Australia and Thomas Maire Casting to create a dedicated distance casting tool. It quickly started to win competitions around the world.
Since then our Competition Fly Casting Series has grown and undergone a number of facelifts as we’ve introduced new mandrels, higher modulus materials and our super low resin content systems.
This series is built for the durability needed in competition with thicker wall sections and lower diameters. The overall material and profile selection aids in quick recovery and casting precision.
